GPN is dedicated to instilling strong moral values, as well as training for young people concerning human rights advocacy through media, information technology, and the application of strategic planning for humanitarian based organizations.

Non-Paid Internships offering hands on experience and field of service recommendations:
- Office of Communications: Public relations specialists, web developers, and marketing specialists.
- GPN Media's-Journalism for Human Rights Magazine: Junior writers and editors.
- Legal Liaison Department: Paralegals or 1st year or higher law students.
- International Diplomatic Relations Department: Paralegals or first year or higher law students.
- GPN Media's GPN I-TV Provides critical breaking news and updates in human rights for the international advocate, scholar, and citizen. Video editors and camera men/women needed.
- GPN Media's FYV (Finding Your Voice) TV International - Our Internet TV Program coming for September 2010: Junior reporters, producers, and assignment editors. Centering on introducing Americas youth to human rights advocacy.
- Researchers/ writers for Human trafficking studies.
- Researchers/writers for Indigenous peoples' studies and sustainable issues.
